From a personal view, learning how to trade usually does not always have to involved cost or time waisting seminars that we need to attend on just to hear course instructor saying utterly useless tips...if you really want to pay & learn to be a good trader...go for the real thing !!!! enroll in a university & study economics !!!

In the real world with such knowledge and 10 dollars you can buy yourself a lunch. The real world is inhabited with real people. And real people eat little geeks for breakfast. Welcome to the world of currency trading...going for any beginner courses in my opinion is merely scratching the surface on learning how to trade in forex...so think wisely as it's no diff from reading up on your own...
